Wide transferrs snagging a ring with the piston in the normal position will probably also snag a ring with the piston flipped. You have snags on both sides nowYes I do believe I'm wide on the intake and also my transfers are too wide. That's why I was planning on rotating the piston 180 to get the ring pin placement on the exhaust side.
I'd grab another jug and learn from this one ......... widening them transferrs might look like a good way to increase flow, but the ring has to survive for it to do so.
