Looks great! You'll love that sprayed in foam insulation mine is extremely efficient! The electricians and the insulator have been working off and on as the weather permits.

They have also been working on the LP siding on the front of the building and have the space for the sign prepared.

I am starting to get a little anxious.

Looks cold there! The electricians have been working this week, and the plumbers were getting the air lines up. Airlines are a kind of PEX tubing with and aluminum sleeve inside.

Once the wiring in the walls is complete and the plumbers have done their part, the insulator will return to finish up the walls and the lower portion of the roof. Following that they can get serious on the drywall...

Thanks. I was assuming they were part of some HVAC or building control system, since they appear to be buried in the walls. Compressed air for shop usemakes more sense!Compressed air lines, rather than dragging hoses around the shop . . .
Looking good. Shouldn't be to long from now till it's done.Insulation continues, electricians have most of their work in the walls completed.

I will put my machines along this wall (lathe, mill/drill, surface grinder) so I have 220v and 110v outlets available.
