USPS Money Order Fraud on Chainsaw?

How do you do a PayPal transaction from a private vendor? I've never done one, just interested..

Just acquire their PayPal info.
Simple really
People do it all the time

Jamie Trotter owner of J&J tree service. Scams the elderly, takes money upfront then never completes the job, and scams people on chainsaw deals. On ebay he has several different accounts so he can run the bids up on his items.
If you ever get bored text him and ask him about his "ported and polish" chainsaws. He always spells "Sthil" wrong. Read some of the outrageous crap he post. At one time he was installing 361 top ends on MS290's.

I've seen the outcry against him on FB...he should be coming to the end of the road fairly soon!

An interesting update,
a guy bought a block off of me on E-bay on Thursday night, but the payment was still pending through Paypal.
Which usually means that he initiated the payment, and the funds haven't yet reached Paypal. So I went on and shipped my other items.
I shipped my items in town yesterday, and when I got back, I checked my Ebay page, and he sent me a message, wondering when I will ship his block.
I messaged him back, saying that the funds haven't reached me yet, and I'll ship the item then.
In a little while, he send me a Phone app snapshot of a message saying that he had paid, so I checked my Paypal, and the details from Paypal said that I had denied the payment.

So I called Paypal and asked them about it. The Paypal checked, then started laughing. He said that his credit card had been denied, but he was laughing because he kept trying to run his card through, he attempted to run it through
17 times!!!!
His username is jamietrotter1979 from Indianapolis!

I'm curios why the recipient of the money order would have shipped the saw with a partial payment? I sure wouldn't...maybe that was the arrangement but nothing leaves my address for another one unless it's paid for.

I have shipped a few after the payment hits my Paypal account. But only after a long discussion with the buyer.

I helped a member in Australia recover some money once. The Sheriff's office paid a visit....and the money was sent quickly.
