Unknown variation Skarie saw found

I by chance found an ad for this old classic listing it for sale, I knew it was a Skarie but had never seen this model before, this one uses a Power Products AH36 rather than the AH47 that was used in the known "Chain Lightning" model, also this model has the engine configured in the frame differently, kinda cool and just wanted to share for anyone that is interested in the oldies...lol

Belt-drive - that's very interesting. I know a couple of the Clinton saws had external belt drives, but this is the only other one I've seen like that.

Here's a couple pictures of the known Chain Lightning model using the AH47 engine, this one is missing it's belt, jack-shaft, and the B&C.

Belt drive and oil for your chain right beside each other sounds like a bad idea lol
