Screen probably takes some of the area away but looks like your using wider weave stuff?

Ooookay. I'll cut a second big arse hole in my 660 muffler

Carb tool and 288 deflector showed up. Waiting on new OEM muffler yet. Good news is I got the old muffler to practice with.

I've got a way to bolt it on so I figured I'd go duel screen. I have to in summer way to many Muddabers. I got cut layout and bolt pattern underneath. Making sure anyone have a neg comment about going full size of deflector without being ported? It's a big hole, and was planning on chewing out as much tube as I can.

Then mill out this area but not all the way through. Just oval opening exhaust can hit and follow out stock port. Blow by can be relived by duel.

Started chewing hole in tube cylinder port hole, going well. Stock port flap gone. Frozen done for today.

I think you are going to want that second deflector mounted a little higher.... Did you check for clearance with it mounted lower like that?
