Me too!Best of Luck with it! Hope it puts a big smile on your face!
Vent is modded, the new main nozzle sealed and held in testing.Did you have to replace the main nozzle? I had mixed results getting them to seal on 562 carbs
Make sure to do the tank vent gutting the Mastermind way...
They appear to be slightly oversized and are driven in dry.I haven't done any nozzle changes on 572 carbs yet... They look very similar though.
What was used to seal the nozzle in place?
The 562 ones I've worked on seemed to be installed dry from Zama.
Has anyone fitted a 572 carb on a 562 yet?
Yeah, had a rich bog from when it popped. So you brought saw in for running rich?
And they tell you its running lean?
Happened to me on one of the original 562’s. It sounded rich, but it was a lean bog and the computer was instantly trying to compensate which ended up bogging it rich. Try it with stock ignition timingYeah, had a rich bog from when it popped.
I dont think its an ignition timing issue, but I'll try it.Happened to me on one of the original 562’s. It sounded rich, but it was a lean bog and the computer was instantly trying to compensate which ended up bogging it rich. Try it with stock ignition timing
I’d look at the plug color. Upper end oils can give you spooge
