Tight is tight,too tight is broke .You can look up the torque values on metric screwed fasteners on the internet otherwise . Remember Google is your friend

Be careful with torque charts and Metric grade 10.9 and 12.9 screws with low thread engagement, torque charts are usually calculated to load the fastener to ~80% tensile strength and pay no regard to the bolts conditions.

A metric 10.9 is about a sae grade 8 bolt, a metric grade 12.9 fastener does not have a sae equivalent and is quite a strong bolt, one that will easily strip out magnesium if the bolt doesn’t have enough thread engaged in the case.

Some top muffler mount bolts for example, very short and rated at significantly less than the bolts capability.

Highest might be the clutch and flywheel nut.. 20ish N.M. Service manual has all that.

Hmm, I missed the question.

1Nm to 70Nm, but who torques clutches and self tappers?

So you might say 3 to 45Nm is the range normal, I do torque my flywheel nuts.
