I was in Alaska yesterday and did some saw hunting.
Went by the Stihl dealer and he was in a good mood, and i was from out of town..... so he unloaded one of his storage sheds onto the back of my truck, then went and seen an old Logger that had some old stuff to get rid of.
Right place at the right time for a change.Got around 6 boxes of stuff,he just kept handing me box's and i loaded them.
Got a box of baged and taged stuff,a box of handle bars,a box of cylinders and a few boxes of parts saws.
The old Logger had a few goodies, and a bar, chain and handle that hopefully will fit a big McCulloch power head i got a few years ago
Spent some time looking through boxes last night....was just like Xmas had no idea what was in them.Got everything tucked away in storage. Will give them a complete sorting this winter when it's too cold to work outside.
Leaves are turning here and everyone is in panic mode to get things done before the snow fly's.
Including me :treadmill:
Theres an 056mag 11 cylinder in the pile. Some people here would love to buy it for a hybrid.

Picked it up this morning didn't even start it up this moring since I have a 7 day warranty from the retailer to return for cash. I started on my lunch break with the help of a little either ( i know) I runs good just needs a carb kit and not sure if the spark is weak on this saw. Red97 don't get on me too hard about my grass.

No, it is exactly what it says it is, .350 some kind of odd duck thing they had. To fit what saw, I don't know, just saw the chain before from a defunct McCulloch dealer.

Picked these partsVintage Stihl.jpg up a week ago. Stihl dealer called to say he found some more goods while cleaning. I looked for a bit,and he wanted me to make an offer. Said a little old for what I work on,but he said take the stuff anyway. Well today I looked some more. Oil pump gear thing for an 075 and a set of rings for an 024. Old is good to some,I guess.
