Doing a bit of welding repairs for a local guy's farm equipment. I bartered for this McCulloch 1-80 and the Choremaster - complete with about 30 years of dust. They were "found" when they cleaned and organized a barn a few months ago. He has a Stihl bow bar I plan to snag from him soon as well. I almost got sick when he told me he just threw out several for Husqvarna's and other saws because he figured nobody would want them... I won't even go into the farm equipment he tossed too...

Find out where he scrapped them. A lot of times the scrap yard will set that stuff aside and sell it by the piece or by the pound.

I told a work mate I bought it and he said he has boxes full of tooling and chucks and other stuff he got years ago, and just wants it gone.

Snagged these up this morning on the way to work. Jonsereds 801 and a 90. 801 needs a carb kit and the 90 went down sometime in the 80's and came as a "parts saw" with the deal.
