I doing a 064 for a guy with a cross topend that ported by randy and has the thick 066 base and it has a 54 mm bore U can go without gasket and end up with 018 squish

Dial caliper showed .068", so I shot from the hip.

My micrometer measures it as actually .065" on a couple drivers. I'm not going to measure them all.[emoji849]

Hard to know what it started out as it has some use.[emoji848]

Might fit a worn .063", IDK.

Hey Everyone I need some help here, I'm looking for a 064 or a ms 650 cylinder for a pipe saw Project I got going on with Mike Lee. The Cylinder cannot have broken fins or have been scored and cleaned up. It can have a stripped spark plug hole because it's getting a two piece head anyways. Contact me if you have one Please.

Maybe boil the tank and maybe push a sleeve into the opening

Did it once with a heat gun and a tapered sleeve to start then a straight sleeve to finish it up and let it cool....
