Do you know if any smaller echo saws share the same?

I don't, what do u have ? I can check part #'s.
Wouldn't be surprised if other brands in metric might have the same nut also.
Any one know if there is a John Deere clone to the 650 evl ?

I have a bunch of 452 parts or something around that size in JD yellow.

Left hand threaded nut ( PN/ 100 129 0343 0), and the washer PN/ 175 015-0343 0)that holds the clutch hub needed for an Echo 650evl.
I have quite a few 0 series Stihl parts gas- oil caps and more, this and that for McCulloch and Husky and this and that.

I don't know if it would have the part you need but I have a mostly complete 500vl that you can have for shipping.

It probably just needs a thorough cleaning, and a slight adjustment.
