I have a Poulan 4000 cylinder to trade. I have cut the base and squish. Bore condition is flawless. With a .020" gasket, it should bolt on a stock saw and be perfect.
I am looking to trade it for a stock Poulan 4000 cylinder. I have stroked the crankshaft on my 4000. The cut base on the cylinder in combination with the longer stroke would require a cylinder spacer. It makes more sense to just use a stock cylinder with the stroked crank. Also, wanting a magnesium clutch cover.

Tim is that the same one you were trying to put the 394 jug on?

At this time, I'm leaning towards 2100 jug. It will be a 101cc Poulan 3400. Out of respect for the other guys searching this thread, I will start a thread on the project when it is completed.
