Adam,
You need to stop intimidating poor little Randy. He's special.

@Termitebuffet I'm sorry Adam is so mean. Maybe you should go take a run through grass, and let it tickle your balls. It'll cheer you right up.

I'm sorry Jon! I guess I never looked at how it would make him feel.

@Termitebuffet with advice from our gourmet donut eating, guide bar wheeling and dealing hippie feeling, fart knocker friend. I apologize for trying to bully you.

Here is a word of advice though. Be careful of that grass though. You don't wanna get cuts or chiggers on dose nutz!

What? Why? That's gonna be top heavy.....

More wobble in the cut then! Honestly I really don't know why I want it. I guess I figure it may be easier for me to find some chain for me to change the tip and then hang it on the wall again because of the other 10 20" 3/8 bars I have.

So you have an 050 bar with a 404 tip already? Freaky!

I bought one of those $22 CN40 20" 404 063 bars from LCS. It was a 3003 mount, well technically it still is, but the slot is now 3/4" longer.

Yes an Oregon. That's my plan also with this bar. I just did a 16" tonight for some play chain's.

Two NOS Echo labeled Oregon D176 16" 3/8 050 guard tip bars.

One used, but really nice Husqvarna 440 clutch cover.

Three NOS Windsor/Sandvik MRA660A9 3/8 bar tips.

I'm looking for Husqvarna 61 coarse thread AV buffers, Windsor bars(CJL/K095 or PKU/K041) in 3/8 050, Oregon single rivet, and three rivet tips in 404 063.

I'm also looking for some 404 050 chain. I know it's gonna be hard to find but just throwing it out there.

How many DL you need Adam?

A buddy just picked up a partial roll. He needs me to make a few loops for him.

If he's got anything left I know he'll probably part with a loop or so.

Really I don't know. It's a 20" bar! I held up my 063 404 chain to a 72 DL 3/8 chain and counted 66 DL. I'm going to be running a 8pin sprocket with it so maybe a little longer. I bought a breaker and spinner so if you could spare let's say 68dl and the preset's I can build it to fit.

Any specific lengths Jon? Do you happen to have any 3/8 16"bars in ko95?

If genius comes up empty let me know I can spin you a loop and spare a preset.

Do you have the 8 pin already? Those are huge in .404. you might want to get a 7 also as an option.
