2 acres of land back in the 80's near the village I grew up in it was on offer for 600 an acre
it sold 5yrs ago for housing development don't know what it made but one of the 4 bedroom houses on that site sold for 325,000 back in Nov

I bought the land I live on for 1000.00 an acre. That was 22 years ago. I just paid 80,000.00 for the 15 acres that joins it....
