That's cheating
Iam glad Iam not the only one that looses circlipsI usually order 4 spare clips with a new piston.
Now days I take the saw to a small room with minimal clutter so if one goes into orbit, I have a better chance of finding it.
There are too many places for little clips to hide in my workshop
You know your in trouble when you hear the ping and cant see which direction it wentI try and keep my thumb over it to kill it trajectory into the garage somewhere

You must have pigmy hands there Vince to work on those ports not a lot of margin for errorThe newest member of the family.
1 min run time on it and it's in bits for a little bit of mods.
Not a great deal can be done on the little clamshell. Muffler, timing and open up the exhaust port.
The scribed line of the left is original port. The 2nd during and about 050" from the edge is the target. Which equals 65% of bore dia.
So it gets opened up nearly 10 mm!!
lol no.. just steady hands.. just the exhaust port got done which is done from the outside. You must have pigmy hands there Vince to work on those ports not a lot of margin for error
