Starts with the lightest pull.

That's true for the entire model range.
I do well remember the unbelieved look in my father's face when I demonstrated
how to start a 115i just by bending my wrist. It must have been a disturbing sight
as a long term user of a Stihl 029 which really demanded a full force strong pull.
I'm glad we sold the ugly Stihl for a good price.

That's a nice looking PS-6800i.
I love this model and it's smaller sibling PS-6000 and even more their predecessors 120i and 116i.
Its real shame next to none spares for these great saws are available by the manufacturer.

Yes they are lovely sawscame out for a few years then where gone , and like you say parts supplies where cut off pretty quickly

Neighbour asked me to cut his locust log. Ideal work for the 120si with a 24" bar. Rest is for the 9010 or 2188. Have to toss a coin for that matter.

Isn't Stihl phasing out 2-stroke OPE by 2025?

I do not care whatsoever.
I am reducing cutting logs for others anyway, I believe I am covered FOR LIFE with 2-stroke chainsaws, just gotta stock up on a couple sprockets, bars and chains.

Dolmar saws do not break down anyway unless You crush 'em with a tree, run them over with a skid steer, or fry them with bad tune, straight gas or dull chains.

Dolmar saws rule!
