Picked up a new saw for the 2nd time in my life. Been dropping peckerpoles with a 357. Hundreds of them. Decided that a new 3601 from @166 should be in the stable. Hoping it gets here before the weekend

I make sure they have enough wood for the winter so Wayne wants to help me when I cut, great, company is nice. I split with him all the wood him and I cut. He is only comfortable leaving her for 2 hours at a time but at least that gets him out for a bit. Let him run my 9010 bucking tonight and the 6421 removing limb knobs for easier handling. He loved it. Said “ Them big saws really cut but they sure get heavy.”

It is easy: "I NEED this saw, my happiness depends on it!"

There is no better justification.

Get Kevin's 3601 once he stuffs sausages into her. ;)

My XS is getting closer to "home".
My wife never saw the 9010 when it came here from @AlfA01 nor did she see it when it came back from @Miller Mod Saws, I ain’t gonna try and push my luck again. She thinks 12 saws is too many.

So you gonna send that out for porting? Or maybe just get a a diamond pinkie ring to do it yourself?

It looks like he's smiling.

Look forward to your thoughts. Will need a first saw for my son in the not too distant future.

Dahmer, tell Wayne to keep sawing. I'm a firm believer that hard work keeps the grim reaper away. My grandfather farmed right up 'til the end and made it to 90 in spite of a lifetime of unhealthy food, beer, and chewing tobacco. I'm planning to do the same, once retirement starts the real work begins!
