Been awhile. Avoided computer time at my parents' place as it's only rarely I get to see them 3,000 miles away.
As for whether those cactus fruits are edible, good question. I didn't look close enough to see if it produced fruit, but they are prickly pear by the looks of them, so they should be edible I guess.
I have eaten cactus before, in a restaurant in the Bronx. Not a first choice, or even a second choice, but, if push came to shove...

Good Evening Todd. Yes, very nice temps. A ride in a bit, searching for some obscure McCulloch brushcutter manuals for a member. Struck out so far. Quite a few of the old manuals are only paper copies and haven't been digitized. Your wife over the flu? The Mullberries and Black Raspberries bushes/trees are ripe and easily accessible along our bike trail. Have to stop and eat a dozen or so each day while they are edible. Have to get my Granddaughters out there to let them eat the fruits.Howdy Ray, back from travels.
