I'd guess he's from that particular region where little peoples roam, mingo marking driftwood in the frozen mud,,, aimlessly looking for billiards while sporting crooked cues. Eye don't think you can get there from here.

I am from The Pas. About 6 hours north of Winnipeg.

I know The Pas, not well but I've been there. I have a distinct memory of loading on to a twin otter for a flight to Pukatowagon in 1991. Flight crew told us we were going to be overloaded and were leaving some baggage behind. We were told to walk past the hanger and look and see what was being left so we wouldn't miss it on the other end. In the end 3 of us had bags / equipment being left and all said "No point in my going without my stuff" so the just loaded it on anyway...
