Rolled up another 72 today, should get another 15 or so tomorrow then probably hit it again Saturday if it doesn’t rain & the alfalfa is dry.

A lot of the early planted beans around here are getting brown stem rot & one field has reported white mold.

Not truely farming, but the garden decided to give back a little today.

And to show the size of the bowls.

About 6 gallons vac bagged and froze, with enough left for BLT's until the next batch later this week.

For some reason this years garlic crop is disappearing a bit quicker than we would have expected. About 1/3rd is gone already. Need to save some for planting to get next years batch...

Next to no tomatoes, no paprika, very little pickles and green beans in our garden this year.
Garlic was OK, onion not so much.

I could have made hay to stack it skyscraper high this year.
Grass is the only thing not stopping to grow, it is insane and most annoying as I don't make any hay anymore.
Any grass I mow either stays on the ground to rot, or I collect it just to throw it on top of the compost pile.
I could do without grass for the remainder of my life!

I crushed several apples for the runner ducks, they like to gobble at them since they can not dismantle a whole apple.

Out of town garden gave up a bit as well.

And to keep the critters at bay, currently trying a pair of levels of 2' wide poultry wire with a space in between for pickin the lower stuffs.

My mom is overjoyed.
