I want both saws!
They're priced nicely and would fit in my stable like a glove.

2.5 hour/230Km trip one way if using the highway.
I need these saws like a hole in my forehead, but damn do I want them something fierce!

Edit:
Staying off the highway (Toll fee) makes the trip go up to a 5.5 hours/300Km ride one way!

The Dolmar PS-5105 is gone!

The Dolmar PS-7310 is still to be had.

I planned to make the trip and get both saws, that is now out of question, just not worth it for one saw.
Dude on the phone couldn't state shipping cost for the PS-7310, nor does he have any intention to figure it out - I might stop by the P.O. tomorrow and ask myself.

Maybe it's for the best, it's not like I need those saws.

That and there's always another deal. I've missed way more than I can buy when it comes to fair deals. Awesome deals are another story, but they come just as well.

Yep bought quite a few that were "running last year" or "ran the last time I had it out" -- I always like to ask when I get there -- "can you start it for me, since it is your saw?"

Unfortunately Dolmar's are a rarity, they pop up affordably like once or twice a year (in my area, Croatia).

True, there are good deals to be had every now and then.
Unfortunately Dolmar's are a rarity, they pop up affordably like once or twice a year (in my area, Croatia).

I know how it goes.
If my potential customer had not backed out of a pine removal I probably would have been buying another 346 today, but I already have some "inventory" of them so I'll wait a bit unless some extra cash comes my way soon.

I've got the spare coin, but I don't make any with my saws.

Every time I see a nicely priced Dolmar I fiercely resist the urge to purchase another saw because I'm the only one using chainsaws in my household and I already have 4 (of which I only actively use 2).

I hope You score a good job and get that 346!

Thanks, the only reason I do the jobs is to support the habit lol. I am the only one here that uses them as well. The good thing is we heat our house with wood so it saves us almost $2000 a year. I buy and sell quite a few saws as well as wood splitters an actually make money on the saws as well as the splitters and the wood is a nice byproduct as well as the saws I keep .
