I too heat the house with firewood, but we need only 2-3 cord a year thus the savings from cutting firewood logs myself are negligible.

The joy of bucking logs is all I am after, my own firewood requirements do not suffice to satisfy this urge though.

For the last two years I have been offering neighbors, friends and coworkers to buck their firewood for the cost of fuel and oil - no bites.
I did a few log piles 100% at my own cost, not counting a beer or two and the odd snack.
I decided I won't lower myself to that level anymore - I stopped asking people whether I am ALLOWED to buck their firewood!

I've finished processing my this year's firewood, next year's firewood is ordered and payed for but delivery is a month late.

I haven't used my saws in about two months already! :crybaby2:

Me too, now I just go ahead a buck it up:risas3:.
Totally joking, but I have been tempted :D.
We only use about 3.5 cords here, and I'm a "little bit" ahead of what we will need.

Do you guys remember these? I think Honda made these single seaters from 1977-1984. I remember seeing them at the dealerships as a kid.

1980 Honda FL 250 for sale. This machine runs great. I just rebuilt the lower and the top end appears to have very low hours. It has the electric start kit added to it witch is $500 alone. The frame and cage are nice and straight, tires are good. The bad is a few cracks that have been repaired in 2 fenders and it needs brake pads.$850. May trade for another toy. I'm looking for a CR 500 project to restore. Interested in other bikes and ATVs

I remember them :). I buy and sell a lot of Honda product's, one of my favorites. I'll be listing a kids dirt bike soon as well as a Honda eu2000i generator. The Honda Pilot is the baddest of their machines like this, ad a snowmobile motor and then things get real hairy.
This is an old video, but pretty wild.

The larger 350 versions look cooler and started after 1985.

Good thing I don't have the space and funds to buy and built one.

Yes, the 350cc units were the newer ones and were screamers for sure.
Many of the custom mini buggies they build up here for the dunes are built with 1000cc bike motors with long travel suspension setups and cost well over 20k and that's just the start.
If you go to youtube and search silver lake theres some crazy rides.

My brothers ride [emoji106][emoji106]
I raced and sold mine in 97
What's up buddy.
Great pictures.
That looks like a lot of fun. What class do they race those in.
THAT IS NUTZ!
Sure is, not a ride I would want to be on. I've had some crazy ones, but none of them are on film lol.
The only ones I've ever been end over end like that were skiing, some huge yard sales. To those who know what that is, you've probably been there, to those who don't picture various ski equipment spread out over a couple hundred ft, sometimes it's funny:risas3: and sometimes everyone but you thinks it's funny:(.

Better get moving Mike.

Dude, it's killing me. I really really like 272s, and this one is an hour from the house....but I'm not home (mission trip!).. I sent it to my kids as a not so subtle Father's Day suggestion but the only one of the 9 that can drive is on a senior trip! Please one of you guys buy it...I'd hate for it to go to some FB goob just because it's cheap
