Same guy that was upset when you posted the price for the bars, think it was last summer. Same guy who was upset with dustin about the non stock clutch.
But I was joking as I'm sure it wasn't him.
Oh yeah. That guy was a real piece of work. Thank you for the clarification, Brett. I thought maybe you were referring to another Utah resident that got mad at me when I made fun of him.

The MSRP on the Blade model is substantially more than the Bar and chain unit. Somewhat of a secret due to lack of knowledge and understanding of the COPO Stihls...
LOL!

I had enough of the "blade" *B-S.... today at work. Some poor bastard came in, and said he needed to get "some blades sharpened".

Me: The mower shop is around the corner from the Pepsi machine.

Poor Bastard: No. For a chainsaw.

Me: You do realize it's called a chainsaw for a reason, right?

Poor Bastard: Huh?

That's new price in some areas.
You can't get a 461 for that here.
Stihl pricing is tough to get a break on here, I'd just buy used anyway as I don't normally pay retail for anything unless it's a must have to make money right then. There are exceptions but very few, and they are mostly medically/dental related .
If I was paying retail for a saw you better believe I was buying it to do a job and a very large portion of the saw would be paid for by that job. That being said I'll give you a call if I "need" one :D.

It's probably a 7 hour ride for me to get one thst cheap but $200 is $200 saved
Right on. I can get some much better deals on them about 6hrs one way in IL, but I don't have any close connections here. I have one dealer here that I'll buy parts from in a pinch, but I do the best I can not to work on saws if I don't have to. They usually have what you need in stock and there prices are way less than the dealers in Grand Rapids, did I say way less.

But we know the blade option is real, here is a "blade" sharpener...

It actually looks to be a nice Oregon grinder with stand..might not be a bad deal at all...especially if you hate hand filing your blades
