It's another one of the famous 311Y, the guy has it all wrong, says it's 50cc, I though these were 31cc or is it 11cc.

Well according to @maulhead fairy tale some Stihl distributor or distributors or individuals or angels or a flying fat guy in a sled was making "ported" saws back in the day. But no one really bought in to it so it was short lived.
