That is a pretty uncommon saw, as far as short run production. 1989-1990.....hence the 300th anniversary tag on the cover.

As I understand it, the 50 Special is 51 cc's versus the 49 cc's of a regular 50. This saw was replaced by the 51.
$75 is a great price.
