Have I got this right.....Didn't you used to run a ps 7900/7910 at one time ?I'd love to have a 9010

Ah right.... So is the want for a 9010 real strong ?I had one that got passed around on the forums for a little bit a few years ago but I didn't do anything with it other than cut a few loads of firewood..nothing serious.
Flywheel and coil are different as a pair ...button on the back handle for high idle was dropped with a later carb change... The crank shows as a different part number but im not sure what the change was.So other than the coil what is if any difference between the 9000 and the 9010. Besides the carb.

Idk. It's the least gay high top I've ever seen. Downright rocks in my bookI have to say, the only thing that bugs me about the 9010 is they got a little carried away with the power bulge over the air cleaner. Of course, Stihl and Husky have been guilty of it quite a bit too.
It's hiding a really big and simple air filter.Idk. It's the least gay high top I've ever seen. Downright rocks in my book
Fixed that for youIt's hiding a really big and simple air filter.
They are great saws.
They are slim for the cc’s, felt as heavy as a 395 in the hands... but there all heavy at that cc range anyway. Crankcase looked very beefy and I like the metal flywheel cover. I prefer that instead of the weight savings from more plastic parts. There really not that big a brick in the flesh , you could almost call them "Slim" for a dolly !
Pic to show the top off + filter.

Yea ...any larger CC saw has to be able to take the leverage demands on it running the longer bars. No good making them fragile !They are slim for the cc’s, felt as heavy as a 395 in the hands... but there all heavy at that cc range anyway.
