Do you mean the high output parts from the 066 won’t fit in the oil pump 1122 640 3204?

Or what do u mean?

Picture is not possible at the moment. Saw is running nearly daily. But I have the „new“ pump after the change. Look at the ipl picture I made.

Would that make the new pump which shared parts with the 066?

An easy way to tell the two pumps apart -

The early oil pump used an adjustment screw with a large round head and a single large straight slot

The later oil pump uses an adjustment screw that has a smaller, stepped head, is flat on one side, and uses a small straight slot.

Plus I think the early 064 pump has a multi turn control bolt

I wanted to have the pair all restored and beautiful but the Post Office ruined my Xmas gift

One damaged, by post office has a bandage to make up with epoxy
It's the standard handle saw dynoed at 10.58hp

The 3/4 wrap is another restoration
I have a feeling that power wise will be NORTHERN than Santa Claus houseIMG_9794.jpeg

I haven't really noticed a difference between carbs. I usually modify them and open them up so the differences are negligible.

Couldn't believe my luck today, scored this 064 for a $100-!.. Was pulled down when I got it, previous owner said it was having trouble strating, changed the plug and it now starts no problems.
There's a few things I need some help with....

#1 Any info on the serial number (build date etc) SN 117403405.

#2 The ignition switch works as it should, any thoughts on the extra switch?

#3 The rubber washer / grommet, was in the bottom of the box the saw came in, where's it go?

Wow that's a score, congrats! The extra switch on the carb box turns on or off the heated handles. The rubber grommet is part of the AV system, if I recall correctly it limits the stroke of one of the rubber buffers on the front of the tank handle.

Heated handles?.....I don't think it has heated handles?.....I'm in Australia, don't think I've ever seen a saw with them.

Yep, both the front handle bar as well as the trigger handle have heater elements. You can even see that the front handle bar wrap is raised in some areas due to the element underneath.
