Did a trial polishing steel on a mill with a tool not designed for that purpose.
It actually works, it is a diamond laced 5" angle grinder grinding cup.
The steel block is just something I found that I could clamp down.

Have a similar drill at the shop where I work. Don’t use it often but sometimes it’s the best machine to do the job!

I always liked using a radial arm drill when I was in the industry. They’re fun to run!

I only used it once, but I could use a 35mm hole saw on my small bench drill.
