Did a trial polishing steel on a mill with a tool not designed for that purpose.
It actually works, it is a diamond laced 5" angle grinder grinding cup.
The steel block is just something I found that I could clamp down.

I was to lazy to pull the hood and the windshield and the muffler and the air cleaner

Have a similar drill at the shop where I work. Don’t use it often but sometimes it’s the best machine to do the job!
