Yep! Honestly I bet it's close to my 2159.They sure are angry little buggers. Good combination of rpm and torque for a little saw.
If you want to try a .325 chain I highly recommend the stihl RS .325. By far the best cutting .325 imo and no silly double safety raker bs like most all the other .325 chain out there. Doesn’t last as long as 3/8 but it does good for a .325 chain.Yep! Honestly I bet it's close to my 2159.
Thats a 18 inch bar 3/8 chain and it pulled it nicely. I don't have any .325 at the moment. But a 16 inch 3/8 set up might be where it's at.
I've used it in the past on some other saws. Thanks for the recommendation though. If you want to try a .325 chain I highly recommend the stihl RS .325. Nice, pretty sporty 462...only to get stronger.Haven't posted here just shy of forever, just finished up with a port job on a brand new Stihl 462. I really like how it runs, even fat for break in it still hauls the mail pretty good.
What's been done to the 2159, they do a great job too. Amazing the difference you see with just a couple basic mods, great gains.Yep! Honestly I bet it's close to my 2159.

Muffler mod, base delete and timing advance. 2159 definitely stronger running them back to backWhat's been done to the 2159, they do a great job too. Amazing the difference you see with just a couple basic mods, great gains.
That there is why I stick to the browser. lolHusky 345 for $10 bucks. Needed the recoil (“Easy Start” [emoji2960]) replaced.
Went ahead and put on a ‘big bore’ top end from Farmertec. Shabby casting.
Actually starts one pull and cuts great. [emoji15] .325” x 16” [emoji108]
Sorry no picture as Tapatalk is holding out for more money.
*f-word ‘em! *a-holes!
That sure wakes them up doesn't it.Muffler mod, base delete and timing advance. 2159 definitely stronger running them back to back
I didn't see you mention a filter neck and filter. Both will fit under the cover and provide a lot more filter area. The neck diameter better matches the carb too.Yep sure does
