The people i reached out to when it all went down basically told me to suck it up and deal with him directly..all i did was ask because the guy seemed sketchy to me and i was just wondering if anyone knew more about him than i did...i knew the guy was up to something.

if you used PayPal in the money transfer it may be the easiest route to go.
They have money back guarantie, limit time, 3 or 6 month, cant remember all those details

The deposit was sent using f&f by accident, because the previous transaction I used in PayPal was f&f. It defaulted, and I missed it.

The large potatoes were not. Those are my disputes.

Naw, I filed the disputes because I didn't receive what I paid for. It's black and white. Both disputes(two different payments) were escalated. We'll see how PayPal decides.

Hard to say for sure unless it's cleaned off well. Even then, not always easy. Didn't he say he's against AM bearings about a year or so ago? Especially 288 bearings?
