Personally........I'd like to see Jason charged with mail fraud, and theft by deception.
Mail fraud is probably the most viable option, to many jurisdictions for TBD to work most likely, someone in the loop contact a Postal inspector...

Boy you fellas got me thinkin about that " bad seal " my brand new unfueled 660R had when i sent the saw to that NOPE.... but i guess anything is possible...

Ill save that for another thread.
Hey Ryan you should tell your story here! Post the pics and tell what happened to a brand new 660R! The part about the cylinder is my favorite!

The people i reached out to when it all went down basically told me to suck it up and deal with him directly..all i did was ask because the guy seemed sketchy to me and i was just wondering if anyone knew more about him than i did...i knew the guy was up to something.

That came full circle.

I saw this coming a LONG time ago , too bad people didn't take me more serious.

Only an inspector could give you an accurate assessment of the situation, but from what I have seen in the past they take the mail and their jobs very seriously...
Had an uncle who was a Post Master. Your damn right it will stick.

I have an honest question for anyone here who's ever split a case. Please put your big boy pants on and leave your feelings and allegiances home.

Is there any way this case looks like its been split recently? It's reported to be used for 2 hours since receipt and for 4 tanks of fuel.

Is there anyway a slob coulda split, heated, installed bearings, and left all that crud there?

I just don't think it possible myself.

Those bolt holes were packed with crud.
Yes it can be done but not without melting off the grease. ask me how I know...

We built *s-word in hours that lasted minutes from straight gas stuff. Sand the piston, hone the bore, gear oil case, carb clean, toss in rings and seals to have at a root ball. Craftsmens lasted the longest most times.

He said you gotta contact a postal inspector and even then gettin those charges to stick is tough.
PO= It's a US Gov beef now. Power in numbers. Maybe the complaintains should be backing each other. just my2ct

Back to your regularly schuduled programing.

Could that line be a crack around the drive side case bearing?
