Not if the bar oil hole is big enough; that's the real restriction, 1/2 Splice.

There was a house just out of view on the right side: literally we spent 1/2 the day with a climber removing enough limbs to Fell it.

I did a bore cut, but left the hinge a bit thick because it was leaning towards the fall North & South, but also towards the house East & West.

Fire Wood buyers don't mind a little fiber pull.

Added:

When I tripped the trigger, that 100' plus red oak was hauling bark trying to hit the ground.

There may have been excessive tension on the pull line...

Bit of a side track, do you have any chain preferences when stumping? I usually use up chains that are close to their end. Stops cutting, chuck it and move to next.
