Been more work than play lately but did some play work recently. Still have a bunch of saw projects, maybe get to them this summer when it’s too hot to be outside.
Got to use the 6100 at sea level. Below, actually...anyway, it rips! I did the little stuff with the Jred 2050 and then I couldn’t keep up with the saw when I switched to the 6100 .

Will try to actually tune and run it for a video now that I have some logs to play with. 1CDD4E50-925C-454B-ADB9-E86DBF47F860.jpegAD58CC16-0057-460B-AD41-F747EF07C50E.jpeg0231B5DE-4D28-4AEB-9DFF-46BBC67EFEEE.jpeg6FF4795F-46FD-47E4-812C-5A792FFC0CFE.jpeg

My buddies tell me I should put more words with my pics.
So the trailer loading splanation. Pulley at the front, cable goes from log to pulley to ratchet strap anchor on the stump. Had my son (15, time goes way too fast) drive the truck back n forth to drag the logs up the trailer while I wrassled ‘em and kept it balanced so it would tilt by adding the smaller logs in the corners...make cents?

Whew I’m beat. Whittled from the bucket today. Need to get back in shape.
That saw is fuuun to cut chunks with, especially after being in the bucket with the 2050 and safety chain

That euc is heavy. I could feel it behind the truck. No wonder I’m tired.
Some of the heaviest toughest wood I've ever handled. When my climber and I do eucalyptus jobs, our rule of thumb is almost double the price. It's heavy, hard cutting, and you always end up with more brush than you think.
