its fake bidders,very common in the musical instrument world,usually the seller gets his mates to bid on it,and if no-one else gets sucked in cancels the sale and re=lists.

I've been following this thread & the way the seller is handling the sale of this saw. Can't put my finger on it but alarm bells are ringing within. A quality seller does not operate this way.

That happens a lot when sellers try to get way more than market value
or just trying to squeak every nickel they can out of something.
