Need help adjusting high low adjustments on carb of Fs74. Where would be a good startin settings for idle/air, H, L? Will not currently start at all. Thanks in Advance.

Basic setting for the Walbro WT-227F carb is H=1 and L=1
Idle speed is 2800 and full throttle 10500

How many turns from seated on idle/air screw ?

There are no turns on the LA screw specified. Adjust it that the cutting attachment doesn`t spin at idle and give it around a half turn counterclockwise more when the attachment doesn`t spin as safety buffer.
