I did, however put a theory to the test tonight on a stock saw, and it worked pretty good..
So hope is not lost...
Even if "perspective" is a bitter pill to swallow sometimes...
Lol.

Oem on the left with squish band trued up. Custom head on right with what is close to 1/2 of bore as squish band. Test is in progress. Maybe a gain there? Maybe not worth the extra work and variables to achieve?

I like redmax designs.
Nice Joey. Time to uncork that sucker?
