Took a pic today of the 4300 I got. New clutch hub came today and the modified 3/8 lp rim from the Echo 490 conversion fit great.

I've got that same blue smurf 4300. I run the 3/8 lp in 56 dl on it. It might die tomorrow but it amazes me every time I use it how easy it is to start and what it will cut for its size.

42cc 3/8LP 14".
It will impress with new Stihl RS chain.
Heavy saw, but I'm impressed...
I gave $10 for it (chrome bore) & $5 for the carb.

I could afford to own better for this cc class, but why spend more?
It's pretty good...

One that stays elusive from joining my herd . . .

I keep doubling, tripling and quadrupling my mid and large class, but I have a hard time diving into the small class.

Basically I want it at the splitter when I discover one of those “ Why did I cut that so long?” moments.

10$ the guy says she's missing something this is the cleanest saw that I have bought, and the string had to be untied because it probably did not break a new one

It's kinda embarrassing, but I bought one of these......
It popped on the first pull, and started on the third.
Kinda scary running a Chinese saw this size, was worried it might self destruct or something! the only trouble so far was the starter cord came off.
Ran two tanks thru it this evening, boring out some oak rounds for potato planters, the saw runs fine and seems pretty decent for the price.
