Bearings and hub-assembliesF250 unit bearings normally $400 now $80
?Bearings and hub-assemblies
On my f150, the bearings are encased in a "sealed" hub assembly. Our roads are so bad, it doesn't matter how good and slow you drive, eventually that seal gets knocked loose and grimed out, causing the bearing to fail. It's a ridiculously expensive job, near $500 after aligning.
Come clean, you are not telling the full story.....tell us about the pizza ya brought home with the speaker...uh huh... tell us what was on it?? Pizza box under the speaker??My Milwaukee speaker quit so I got two of these. I didn’t think they were this big but should fill the garage. You can link them in stereo

There's no way to maintain the part(s) like on a more traditional style bearing that can be repacked/greased. It either works or it doesn't.
05What year?
It’s a long story but… My garage is a disaster from clearing out to run conduit and install a mini split so cars don’t fit. The plan was to go to my buddies shop and use his lift to fix my wife’s car. A quick project turned into an over six hour saga that ruined my dinner plans. I wanted to get baked ziti from a restaurant about 45 minutes away but have to settle for the regular stromboli that I picked up on the way home. I ate 3/4 of it and it’s one of the best local bolis I’ve had. I should have got a picture.Come clean, you are not telling the full story.....tell us about the pizza ya brought home with the speaker...uh huh... tell us what was on it?? My 03 F-250 with the 5.4 never shot a plug but the oil pan fell off.05
Good year for the engines, save for the f**king spark plugs!
4.6’s were good. 5.4’s pay my bills.05

Yeah the 3v 5.4’s had a lot of problems and that’s a heavy truck. I actually like the 08-10 style superduty but the only drivetrain I like in those years is the v10. But I’d take a 3v 5.4 over the nightmare of a diesel 6.4 PS. So needless to say I haven’t owned many in a while. The 2v 5.4’s they used in the 04 and older trucks were pretty nutless but pretty reliable. At least the later years with more threads in the spark plug hole. I drove a nice crew cab 02’ with a 5.4 for a couple years hauling my trailer around. She saw a lot of rpm’s but always got the job done. And I made damn sure I used a torque wrench when I changed the plugs lol.I love Ford but they made some of the dumbest damn decisions ever. I used to go to the monthly GSA government vehicle auction here. They would auction around 75-100 cars and trucks a month that the federal government was replacing. In general they were 4-7 years old with 50-85,000 miles. It was funny sometimes they would have a 10 year old vehicle with very low miles. I have seen them as low as 4000 miles but that was a F-150 running LNG. In 2016 that had a run of 2009-2010 F-350 4 door dually's. I wanted one but every damn one had a 5.4 in it. Why in the hell did Ford put a 5.4 in that truck, better yet why did the Feds order it that way. Ford still had the V-10 at the time but it was on it's way out.
Only problem with the 6.4 was that ford took all the proven international emmisions stuff and chucked it in favor of thier own design... which sucked... if you make the emmisions stuff disappear, they are pretty reliable (and when you add +100 injectors and a healthy tune they get pretty fun to drive....hehehe not that i would know about that having an 08 king ranch with a deleted 6.4 or anything...LOL)Yeah the 3v 5.4’s had a lot of problems and that’s a heavy truck.
