image.jpg I’m so proud to finally own one of these. The days of hammering are over! I split a 200T open just so I could use it to install new oil seals it didn’t need. I just had to use the press. Actually, the saw needed an oil line and you have to split the case for that so , it wasn’t too wasteful. But anyway $75 + shipping.

There's a reason for them being old tools not many tools of today will last that long I would rather have old tool than a new one .

Ida filled the pool with mud the other day and cooked the pool pump.
The wet dry vac and duct tape came out for mud pumping a couple of gallons at a time.

Congrats.
I've never ran one of those, most the guys I've talked to who have them like them.

I bought a 346xp clutch bearing today lol.
Should I get some pictures for you guys.
I serviced a cs3450 for a friend and once I was finished with it I used it to cut up a fallen tree and decided I wanted one. They're great little saws.

I've been there before, that can get expensive if your friends have more costly saws:dogpile: :pancarta:.

Thanks lol.
I usually buy them attached to the saws, but you gotta do what you gotta do.
I needed it and I've been trying for yrs to get this saws shop to hook me up with deals. Whenever I go thru and he's open I try to buy something I need, even if he doesn't break out the deals, it's nice to have a dealer close by. Today he was setting a guy up with a flywheel for a 455, after the guy left we had a laugh about why the guy needed it; the key was stripped off it because he didn't get it on the crank good. Personally I would have marked it and re-installed it with a little advance, cause everyone likes a little advance on their 455 rancher :b1:. Then I let him know I could use a couple 455 covers , he said he'd set them aside for me for the next time I stop in, just curios what their gonna cost me :aplastao:.

A cosmetically challenged but complete and working MS341 from 2005. It looks a bit bad but has only had homeowner use cutting firewood since it was new.

I didn't need it but I thought the price was OK. £100 / $140.

Will tidy it up a bit and keep it as a back-up saw.

Close on the heels of the MS341 yesterday is this 372 XT project. It looks a bit scruffy but the internals seem solid. It looks like another firewood saw - or at least it has been used often with the dogs removed, which has beaten it up a bit around the chain catcher. Compression is good and the exhaust side of the piston is mint, showing the machining marks. I paid £130 / $180.
