Hmm, wonder how that 115 grain is out of a carbine? I'm sure fine for plinking. I hear mixed reviews because of 16" barrel instead of pistol. Some say lighter is better...some say heavier. Guess I'll test myself.

I actually bought this over two months ago but it was just delivered. Installed last Sunday. Works great. I had been loading logs by hand up until now. View attachment 302921View attachment 302922
Awesome!
Looks really handy.
This bout with tendinitis in my right shoulder is making me be more creative and conservative on my log loading for sure!
BTW... what's the weight limit on this device?

Most 147gr loads are subsonic and more than likely will still be even out of carbine. The 115 and 124gr loads will pickup a small boost in terms of velocity. Try shooting +p or +p+ loads. Edited:Sorry just noticed I hit quote on the wrong person meant to the post above @chipper1

1350 lbs. It’s the smallest they offer. They have cranes that will lift 2500 lbs for the bigger trucks.
It folds away into the bumper and is operated from a remote handheld control. The only downside is that it uses up approximately 300 lbs (I’m figuring) of my 1000 lbs useful load. This morning I’m adding helper springs to regain the ride height I lost and add a little more stability to the whole thing when loaded. I’m pleased with it.

Not the backhoe, that's a buddies, but the trailer and the flatbed. The flatbed is going on the chassis above, well that's the plan today.

Assuming your a bit of a buyer and a seller?
Yeah, a bit lol.
The bottom two trailers and the splitter on this page are all sold now. I pulled the wood sides off the one trailer and I'll make them work on the trailer I just snagged up yesterday. It's an aluminum 5x14 tandem axle so I can pull it with the little Honda odyssey it needed, should save some time swapping trailers when hauling brush off jobs. Then again if it sells it sells, always another one to buy :).
I'll try and get some pics of the newest trailer.
