The Husky mower parts I ordered showed up today. I'm lovin' the new "order straight from us" feature Husqvarna is offering. @davidwyby where did you get the tuning screwdrivers from? I need to get a set of those as well. I'm stocking up on saw repair stuff, I just got a Mityvac so I can pressure and vacuum test saws and specialty tuning drivers are next on the list.

How long do they usually take for shipping in stock items?

Thanks

Put a new clutch in the skidding winch a few weeks ago, I was real busy at that time and didn't get any pic up.
It's been needing it for yrs so it was good to take care of that. I used it on a job on a river bank and figured it justified reinvesting a bit of that cash.
Still need to try it out, maybe this week, we'll see.

Had to buy a new Type A spinner anvil for the Tecomec spinner I got just a few weeks ago. Can't find the original type A since I swapped it for the B. Still have the type A handle, but not really helpful by itself. Also going to have to call Agri Supply tomorrow morning. Discovered that my stump grinder PTO shaft is bent, probably happened a little over a month or so ago when my tractor got mired in the mud.

I had the Husqvarna version of that skill.
What model would that be?
It was a rain day today so I introduced myself to the 944 on the bench. Man this thing is light.
Couldn't get spark and as I was fumbling around checking the switch(plastic piece inside is broken) noticed the spark plug wire was pulled out of coil. It was getting dark so I stopped and will have the use a bolt or something to push in there as my spark tester was not long enough to reach. So I don't know if it's bad coil or pulled out wire.
What is the likely hood of fixing this? Can I remove the rubber cover and get in there and solder or crimp or something?
What's the word in finding a new coil if I need one?

Model 35. They were made in Canada. Pioneer made them I think.

Many coil wires screw into the coil. The coil has a metal screw inside that hole. The ones ive seen that don't are glued in.

I wish my Fransgard V3507 had two kick stands instead of the one.

I found the Type A anvil for my spinner today, only to discover that the bag of what I assume to be pre-sets and tie straps ended up being only pre-sets. The PTO shaft has been ordered and might get here next week. Unfortunately they didn't have any economy shafts left, so it was $290 shipped for a Euro Cardan PTO shaft.

Got an adapter to run Stihl bars with my 7900 from @Homelite410. Excellent product and service. Oh, got a new 7900 too! Just fire it up for the first time today. I am going through an old school carb saw phase. Trying to snap some up while they are available.
