Have you tried them yet ?I picked up three of the same thing. Full comp/full chizzle. It was sharper than I expected. Got a couple small cuts untangling them.
Very little. I have just used them to test cut after porting a saw. No experience on how long they will hold an edge when used correctly. The one Inused stretched pretty quick. But it is a long chain!Have you tried them yet ?
I bought a couple 36" loops of 404 fc -fc of that archer chain a couple years ago. I run 404 in 24 , 28 and 36" I had previously used Oregon 68lx. The Oregon prices had gone up quite a bit. After trying the Archer fc-fc chain, I stopped buying the Oregon. IMO it's not as sharp out of the box as the Oregon, but I like it! More than likely if you're using 404 your cutting dirty wood. Since trying out the first couple loops I bought, I have bought three 25' rolls.Have you tried them yet ?

It’s almost 20.00 less a loop , than Stihl or Oregon, so give it a go , did get some semi chisel to ,I bought a couple 36" loops of 404 fc -fc of that archer chain a couple years ago.
