That sucks.... did it throw a rod?
2.5L pos ftwI'd say substantially more than that....
We had to use a shovel to get all the parts off the road
Terrell? Is that you?just poke those old parts back in, add some blue goo, it'll be fine.
All very valid points. The Shindy 377 is 37.7cc's of professional grade pro saw, 9.3lbs(4.2kg), smooth AV & easy to start. We often have our saw-snob goggles on when recommending a suitable saw, handing out expensive unnecessary advice (me included) based on brand bias. This little gift could well have been the perfect saw all along. It ticks many boxes...if it were my saw I'd struggle to give it up.
Plainly you've been hand delivering your saws Stefen.

Putting your CAD remission to the test?Agreed. I watched all the 377 and 488 videos on youtube yesterday.
-Plastic clutch cover and priceWhat makes it not quite professional?
I've been very impressed so far with mine. Can't wait to see what she has left in her!
I have had oiler issues with my husqvarna 440That is a neat design, does anyone else use it? Seems like a very good compromise between rugged construction and price. That being said, I have used my clamshell Poulan 2150 and Echo CS-400 really hard and never had a bit of trouble out of either. I've always thought that one the biggest need for the rugged construction of a pro saw or weedeater isn't really the work itself but rather the people who use them!
Going to need a new clutch........
2.5L pos ftw
Not sure what motor it had. This was a jeep from the 40's that we use for fighting brush and woods fires.
Wouldn't it be better to use water?
Ross told me he's only struggled to give up 2 things in his life.
Smokeless tobacco and his virginity.
