I do prefer the exhaust exit to be in one location on the muffler as opposed to separate exits.

I like separate opening's it makes both ears suffer at once lol

How do you do the screen, soldered inside the pipe?

All my mufflers are silver soldered, screen is contained in a rack.

I only got a 31.8976689% gain with my last muff mod. Had to throw it in the recycle bin and start all over.

Yes it's starting to pricy over here chasing that number

I have a deep seated automotive performance background, and when you have been making cars/trucks/bikes/atvs fast for a while you can just spot the quality. It's unfortunate you don't do them for others any longer but hey, real life catches up to us hope you are having a restful Sunday

I use acetylene torch, #0 tip, stay silv flux and 45% solder. For finishing I use my sand blaster and 8" scotchbrite wheels on my bench grinder.

Thank you sir! I always wanted to put my best in my muffler mods and I found that I got burned out on doing them so I decline to do them now as I don't want to put out sub par quality. I hope one can understand my point of view.

A cheap blue propane torch will also work.

Map gas and bronze brazing rod is my preference

The manufacture of Mapp gas went under. The only thing you can buy any more is MapPro which is propylene. Propane burns @ 2830° and propylene burns @ 3730° If you add oxygen you can bump those up a bit. What filler are you guys using for your tig welding?
