I like mine that I got from Seth. Nice solid runner. I've never actually videoed it (or any other builders' saws) against any of my others. I'd rather run my own against my own.
Cole wanted a saw that wasn't as peaky as his 394 and that's what I tried for. I actually didn't expect the 2095 to be faster with that bar, I was hoping for it to be more forgiving, which it seems to be
Coles 394 has a nasty feel too it, but as you said it’s peaky and not much of a long bar saw.

It seems like a very good runner. Not trying to take anything away from that saw at all. Probably puts the smackdown on the 2095 under lesser load. We only did the video to see if the red one was even close.

2095 are strong saws. Probably the best running 90cc built in the 90s early 2000s for long bars.

I would like to see how it compares to yours. Only thing I had to compare to was the Soslow and the 660 of Jeff’s that we run at Randy’s

Figures. :) The boy and I cut up the red oak trunk that I videoed the 2095 in. I still got some 24" beech though. Maybe this week if I don't slack too much

You can always hit them with their own man purse if required.
Theres alot in there, it could kill a man.

Now we know where you got yours!
only thing I wear on me arms and hands is a wedding band. And I take that off at work in case I get my hand pinched in some rollers at work.

Something to be said about that. I wear my wedding band, figure if something happens my wife will know she's worth me loosing a finger as I already told her it happens :love2:.
Here's a vid you may like.

Nice! Is that the 2171 wh?

And I've seen a few rings pinched on fingers having to get cut off before they can work on the finger working here at the shop. Plus it reduces a conductive point if you gotta go play in the cabinet.
