I got a couple of junk chains too. I use them for stumping.

I run all those free chains till the cutters break off. They git fast too for about five seconds and then its all over but the crying.

Still a bit of a work in progress. I want to try a different carb on this saw to see if it gains a bit more and I'm gonna put an elastostart on it. So far I'm impressed with it.
It's tuned a little fat in the video just to be on the safe side. These are literally it's first cuts.

Currently it has the original zama 034 carb. I wanna try a zama from a 036 on it.

Very first shake down run on an old used saw. This might be the one to grind on.
Hard maple from last year. Not dry. Old 3/8 50 beater trilink chain 91dl. It works good for noodles.
