This is accurate... changing the point of pivot with an aggressive chain makes for a frustrating encounter in the woods all day. Big spikes are a good time with the right saw and situation.Run a 60 or 70cc saw with a sharp aggressive chain in big wood with small dogs. Put 395 or 066 dogs on it and report back.
You can set the small dogs and do an overcut, where with large dogs, even letting them touch the log can lock the chain up.
