this 044 is quite something though, I don't think the chain is going to make much difference imo but I'll try it

The Jmssaws 394 was making about 5sec cuts in a bigger knotty portion of the log for reference.

I've seen your chains and they look mean. No doubt there's a lot of time and hard work put into each chain. I'd be bumbed out too

I was cutting with smurf and grabbed the 394 and 2" farther down the log i cut a 20 penny into.

I'm a long long way from anything so I'm sure it's from a old deer stand that rotted away. 2nd time I've done that

Yup. I watched the video a couple times. Smurf was really moving. The 394 looks awesome for the first second or two.
