jeff i think we have problems with file size and need to switch them out

How did you make out with the files Dallas?

I checked my chain with the gauge. The rakers were a little low. However, the biggest thing I noticed was that the 2 in 1 files must be defaulted to 25 degree angle to sharpen the teeth. I think the teeth on my 3/8" chain is supposed to be 30 degrees. I could see the witness marks were not matching up. I brought the chain back to 30 degrees on the tooth angle. I think I took about 8 strokes per tooth. The chain cut much better than in the video. I still need to go a little more to get the chain back to almost perfect.
But I learned that the 2 in 1 file for 7/32" files seem to default to 25 degrees, whereas my chain seems to have witness marks that match up to 30 degrees. Not sure how much it really affects the cut, but bringing the teeth back to 30 seemed to help.

Nice Dan. That Pear wood seemed like it was very hard. Very nice looking grain. Maybe a bigger saw would have been a little faster?

Went to my FIL's and we played with his Haddon milling attachment. My first time milling with a saw. This is a piece of a pear tree. Using a 261cm
I enjoy watching all kinds of cutting videos but making cuts on something for other purposes than mulch or firewood ads to the entertainment of the video. Would love to see what the grain looks like on a few of those cuts you made.

Did the 461 cut any better or faster?
Did you alter your fuel/oil mix?

460, not 461. Not really. I couldn't apply pressure cuz you can't use the dogs. Both saws were screaming. The chains are sharp and self feed great while bucking. But just seemed to be skating over this wood. It may have been just super hard. I'll play with it some more. Maybe lower rakers will help.
